“Gym”, “Fitness”, “Exercise” – these words have been haunting our resolutions for a long time now, and I am one of those people who exorcised these ghosts and have been working every day to become a better version of myself.

I know a lot of people who say. “I don’t get time to work out” and I ask them to go ahead and check their screen time.
A trek in Goa back in 2019 turned out to be an eye opener for me when I realized my endurance is not great. Hence, it was not the weighing scale but something in me that wanted to bring in a change.
From Small Steps to Big Strides
From 30-minute runs/walks, few days a week to becoming a gym regular within a span of 6 months, now I simply cannot skip working out any day. Rest days are now impossible for me, and I make sure I move everyday.I feel proud of how far l’ve come, and I know my body is going to thank me in the years to come.
Proud Progress and a Thankful Future
Ultimately, it shouldn’t be about a diet but having a healthy lifestyle. Not for anybody, but for yourself. Not for a day, but every day. Not to feel good in a dress, but to feel good in your skin. Not for a competition but competing with yourself to be a better version of you, every single day.
